Are Auction Cars Reliable?

Are these vehicles in good condition?

Yes, the majority of the vehicles found at auto auctions are reliable and in good used condition. Government owned vehicles are very well maintained and most of them will come with log books and service history. Due to safety regulations these vehicles have to be kept in tip top shape. Many of these vehicles are only 2-3 years old and have 25,000-40,000 miles.

With repossessed vehicles, many of these are less than a year old and also have low mileage. Of course with buying any used vehicle, whether it be from a dealership, a private party or an auction, you are always taking a chance of buying a car that may need some repair work.
